Role Overview:As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support for our VRV systems and other air conditioning products. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and provide expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding VRV systems and air conditioning products.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, offering effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product development teams to enhance product performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or engineering within the air conditioning industry.
  • Proven experience working with VRV systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration) are a plus.
