About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IFA Administrator to join their team in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, forward-thinking, and eager to take on new challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth processing and tracking of all administrative tasks.
Confidently prepare, process, and monitor new business submissions across various investment platforms.
Issue Letters of Authority and perform ID checks as required.
Oversee the preparation and audit of client annual review packs, managing the process from start to finish.
Prepare basic client reports when necessary.
Utilise a range of software, including Microsoft Office, Intelligent Office (IO), Paper-cloud, and other provider platforms.
Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
Stay up-to-date with industry changes and adapt processes accordingly.
Monitor and manage the workload of the admin function, ensuring consistent support across the team.
Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing post.
Liaise effectively with clients and IFAs.
Requirements:

Prior experience in Financial Services, particularly within IFA firms.
Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) software is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
