Our client is a leader in their field and is requiring a competent and skilled administrator to join their friendly team in High Wycombe. This would be an office-based role for 3 days per week. The ideal working days are: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and the working hours would be 8.45am-5.15 pm. One of the days must be a Tuesday however there could be flexibility on the other days. The salary would be between £23,000 to £25,000 pro rata DOE.

The duties of the role will include;

  • Answer incoming calls, resolving customer enquiries or passing caller onto the relevant department.
  • Processing of customer orders, quotes, and queries.
  • Provision of tracking information and lead times for deliveries. Responsible for arranging of collections and export deliveries as needed, including the provision of all relevant paperwork.
  • Updating and maintaining contact information for customers and suppliers on the bespoke ERP system.
  • Prioritise and respond to unexpected events and day-to-day interruptions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accurate data input skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively with excellent use of time management.
  • Ability to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Ability to problem solve and offer suggestions for change.
  • Ability to take direction.
