Job Opportunity: Executive Officer - Ministry of Defence
Location: Primarily Remote working however will be required to travel to the for meetings. The main office is in High Wycombe.
Pay: £14.71 per hour (weekly Pay)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
Are you ready to make an impact? Our Public Sector based client based at the Ministry of Defence is looking for an Executive Officer to join their small supportive team working on the United States Visiting Forces (USVF) project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and presentation of utility invoices to USVF budget advisors for payment
- Assist in the recovery process by submitting payment documents.
- Extract key information from invoices for timely recovery.
- Work with energy suppliers to retrieve invoices.
- Collaborate with U.S. contacts to ensure information accuracy.
- Identify and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Build trust with U.S. contacts through clear communication.
Skills Needed:
- Strong admin and customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficient in Excel with great attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
If successful, you will need to be able to provide your Right to Work, 2 proofs of address and proof of National Insurance to go forward for this role.
