An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in High Wycombeas a Front of House on a temporary basis starting in immediately. The successful candidate will have a flexible attitude to working additional hours to support a fully functional reception area.
- Location: High Wycombe
- Duration: 2 months
- Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Salary: £14 per hour. 1 hour unpaid lunch break
As the Front of House, you will be responsible for:
- Call handling: ensuring all incoming calls are handled efficiently and professionally
- Reception: Preparing meeting rooms, creating a welcoming atmosphere, booking meeting rooms, meeting room diary management
- Admininstration: Manage post, bank run, dealing with maintenance queries
- Techincal support: trouble shooting photocopiers, electronic ID checks
- Office Management: Keeping kitchen area tidy, arranging routine office lunches
The successful Front of House will have the following related skills / experience:
- IT literate
- Professional, friendly character
- Previous experience of managing a reception area
- Problem solver, with a proactive personality
