Primary Teacher with TLR Required for School in High Wycombe about the role:
At Engage Education, we are currently looking for an ambitious and creative Primary Teacher for a fantastic Primary School in High Wycombe where the role includes Teaching & Learning Responsibilities. This is a role to start from after January 2025.
The school has curated an enthusiastic team and focuses on the development of both teachers and pupils. If you have a proven track record of raising attainment within schools and have a passion for literacy and numeracy, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate has:-
Full QTS
-
Experience in planning and delivering lessons to a high standard

Confidence in teaching all abilities

Great behaviour management skills

The ability to think fast and adapt lessons accordingly

Primary Teacher + TLR
-
Year group depending on appointed Primary Teacher

There's plenty of scope for TLRs ranging from Subject, Year Group and Phase Leadership opportunities.
