Year 1 Teacher - September 2025 Start (Permanent Contract) in High Wycombe!

The Role:

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for our young learners.

You will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are tailored to the diverse needs of our students.

Support children in developing key skills in reading, writing, and numeracy.

Foster a love of learning while helping to build children's confidence, resilience, and independence.

We Are Looking For:

A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a genuine passion for early years education.

Experience working in primary education, preferably with Year 1 or Key Stage 1 students.

Strong commitment to helping children overcome barriers to learning, particularly in a deprived area.

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a caring and inclusive environment.
