The Role:
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for our young learners.
You will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are tailored to the diverse needs of our students.
Support children in developing key skills in reading, writing, and numeracy.
Foster a love of learning while helping to build children's confidence, resilience, and independence.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teachers and staff to create a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
Engage with parents and carers, building strong relationships to ensure every child receives the support they need at school and at home.
We Are Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a genuine passion for early years education.
Experience working in primary education, preferably with Year 1 or Key Stage 1 students.
Strong commitment to helping children overcome barriers to learning, particularly in a deprived area.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a caring and inclusive environment.
