About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electromechanical products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to high standards of quality assurance and testing.

Role Overview:
As a Junior Test Technician, you will support the testing and inspection of electromechanical components and assemblies. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include assisting with mechanical and electrical inspections, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with mechanical and electrical testing of electromechanical rotating devices using precision measuring tools.
  • Inspect incoming components, sub-assemblies, and finished products for surface defects and functional compliance.
  • Follow inspection standards and accurately document test results.
  • Contribute to the generation of test and inspection reports for quality assurance purposes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of metrology and testing practices, with an eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD and technical drawings.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Interest in developing problem-solving skills and knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015).
