Following the introduction of a new groundbreaking digital service, a well-known company in the golf industry is looking for a bright graduate to become the 4th member of their talented digital team.

The position is based in the High Wycombe office, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4pm. Salary circa £25k, with additional bonus and benefits.

As the project is growing at a rapid rate, there is excellent opportunity to develop your career.

In this role you will:

  • Provide first line remote support to members
  • Diagnosing and rectifying issues to meet member expectations
  • Escalate any complex problems to the department head where necessary
  • Making and answering calls and enquiries
  • Remotely conducting implementations, initial system tours and training for new users
  • Recording activity on the project tracker

About you:

  • Professional and friendly phone manner, genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and growing the project
  • Confident IT user, including Microsoft office
  • Interest in sport/golf beneficial
  • Educated to degree level
  • Familiarity with POS systems, ie previous retail experience beneficial
