Project Manager
Location: High Wycombe, Hybrid
Our client who design and manufacture complex equipment for the Defence Industry are currently looking for a Project Manager to work across the full Project Lifecycle, ensuring Projects are delivered on time, to quality and within budgets.
Your duties:
- Full responsibility for the management and delivery of assigned projects
- Full accountability for project performance
- Ensuring the delivery of projects are in line with company processes procedures and standards
- Support with bid management
- Execute and maintain project plans and statements of work
- Risk management root cause analysis
- Stakeholder management
- Build strong customer relationships
- Create project performance dashboard and continuously assess performance
- Provide project updates in line with the management reporting cycle
- Ensure project data is maintained to a high level of accuracy
Qualifications, skills and experience
- A relevant engineering degree
- Project management experience within a highly regulated industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- A recognised project management certification is advantageous
- Able to manage budgets and schedules
- Previous profit and loss management experience
