Project Manager

Location: High Wycombe, Hybrid

Our client who design and manufacture complex equipment for the Defence Industry are currently looking for a Project Manager to work across the full Project Lifecycle, ensuring Projects are delivered on time, to quality and within budgets.

Your duties:

  • Full responsibility for the management and delivery of assigned projects
  • Full accountability for project performance
  • Ensuring the delivery of projects are in line with company processes procedures and standards
  • Support with bid management
  • Execute and maintain project plans and statements of work
  • Risk management root cause analysis
  • Stakeholder management
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Create project performance dashboard and continuously assess performance
  • Provide project updates in line with the management reporting cycle
  • Ensure project data is maintained to a high level of accuracy

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • A relevant engineering degree
  • Project management experience within a highly regulated industry
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • A recognised project management certification is advantageous
  • Able to manage budgets and schedules
  • Previous profit and loss management experience
