Working on behalf of a client side business, I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to help deliver a 25m bridge project in Buckinghamshire.
The role will have a lot of liaison with clients and top brass so a background of dealing well with clients is needed.
The client would like to see someone from a Principle Civils Contractor background who has on site build experience of this nature of project.
Project Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Preconstruction, design development, planning inputs
- Client liaison
- Problem solving
- Weekly reporting upline to Board
- Quality control / project delivery
Desired experience & credentials:
- Good Main Contractor / Project experience
- Bridge construction project experience
- BSc (Hons) Construction Management orCivil Engineering
- CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS certified
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
