The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Project Manager?

• Take full accountability for the management and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet time, quality, and budget requirements.
• Lead and coordinate bids from concept through contract award, working closely with business development to deliver successful proposals.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed project plans, statements of work (SOWs), and schedules, working cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
• Manage risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring that all logs and registers are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication.
• Identify and pursue follow-on business opportunities in partnership with the business development team.
• Regularly assess project performance, addressing root causes of any issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Manage and report project status and performance, ensuring data accuracy in business systems.
• Lead and present at project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder forums.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Maximize business performance and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all projects adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Foster a positive, productive, and safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.

What are we looking for in our next Project manager?

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of achieving business goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and profit and loss.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and building customer relationships.
