Description

  • Identify and acquire suitable land for development in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas
  • Conduct thorough land appraisals and feasibility studies
  • Work closely with planning teams to secure planning permissions
  • Engage in negotiations to secure purchase contracts
  • Monitor and manage budgets and financial plans related to land acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
