Description
- Identify and acquire suitable land for development in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas
- Conduct thorough land appraisals and feasibility studies
- Work closely with planning teams to secure planning permissions
- Engage in negotiations to secure purchase contracts
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial plans related to land acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
