Attention all Senior Quantity Surveyors!

Here at Blueprint recruitment we have an excellent opportunity with a well-established client of ours. They are looking for someone to join on a permanent basis, that will bring expert experience to their team. The successful candidate will be based at the clients Rickmansworth office, with the option to work in a hybrid role also.

Our client is a leading provider of design and delivery solutions in the water treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage quantity surveying tasks for projects and work packages.

-Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to control costs.

-Liaise with client to meet business needs.

-Manage the main contract and ensure proper documentation, including preparing and issuing subcontract documentation.

-Oversee payment applications and prepare cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.

-Assist in managing subcontractor performance.

Key Requirements:

-Extensive experience on infrastructure projects.

-Chartered or working towards, with a recognised institution.

-Degree or equivalent level.

- NEC3 or ICheme Contract Experience

-Experience of managing, leading, and developing a small team or individual.
