SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR wanted for my clients High Street office in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We are currently seeking a highly skilled, hungry, articulate and enthusiastic person to join our team of negotiators.  As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating and closing property sales deals, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and work with clients to negotiate and close property sales deals.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and relevant information about the properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with other team members, including sales managers and administrators, to ensure that all client requirements are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, trends, and pricing in the local area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring that all queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all property sales activities, including client communications, property viewings, and sales negotiations.
Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A high level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience using property management software and CRM systems.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
  • A strong understanding of the property market and trends in the local area.
