New Homes Negotiator - Buckinghamshire
We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the property sector. Our client, a prestigious property developer, is seeking a dynamic and motivated New Homes Negotiator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and tours of model homes to potential buyers.
- Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots, and site to fully demonstrate the product.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate sales and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion.
- Assist buyers in selecting options and upgrades for their new homes.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote new developments and generate leads.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new home sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
