New Homes Negotiator - Buckinghamshire

We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the property sector. Our client, a prestigious property developer, is seeking a dynamic and motivated New Homes Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader and be part of a successful and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and tours of model homes to potential buyers.
  • Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots, and site to fully demonstrate the product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate sales and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion.
  • Assist buyers in selecting options and upgrades for their new homes.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote new developments and generate leads.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new home sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
