Location: High Wycombe (office-based with travel as required)

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to oversee the delivery of small works projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing work orders, attending client call-outs, conducting site surveys, and providing timely project updates and reports. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, ensure QHSE compliance, and actively contribute to the development and profitability of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage small works projects end-to-end, including labour planning, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight.
  • Attend client meetings and conduct site surveys, issuing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) as needed.
  • Supervise project execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Develop and promote additional service offerings to grow the division, particularly in HVAC and preventative maintenance services.
  • Track job costs, profitability, and performance metrics, and attend monthly contract reviews.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth through regular client interactions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive project opportunities.

Commercial Awareness:

  • Understand and manage pricing models, billing procedures, and contract profitability.
  • Monitor and report job costs, revenue, and margins.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, deliver projects on time and within budget, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, financial metrics, and contractual terms.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical qualifications in construction, mechanical, or electrical disciplines (F-Gas or similar).
  • SMSTS, IOSH, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Job Logic or Aeromark is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to travel across the UK as needed.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.
