Our client is seeking an experienced customer focused Aftersales professional with proven experience of successfully managing their workload in the capacity of a Service Advisor. In addition to this, we are looking for someone who is able to multi-task and manage their own team of technicians, along with welcoming customers to the department, workshop loading, updating technicians and managing and updating service customers on the progress of their vehicle and any additional work required, throughout the day.The personThe ideal candidate will be familiar with working in a fast-paced working environment with quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their actions.
