Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teaching across all key stages.
- Work closely with teachers to implement personalised learning strategies.
- Provide one-on-one support for students with specific learning needs.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role is desirable
- A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a team.
