We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our client’s main dealership in High Wycombe.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing automotive workshops to take on a pivotal role in a busy and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to deliver high-quality work
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff, ensuring excellent service
About You:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, ideally within a main dealership
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively and work under pressure
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction
