Job Title: Workshop Controller

Location: High Wycombe

Hours: Monday to Friday - no weekend

Salary: £35,000 basic - OTE £41,000+

We are recruiting for a Workshop Controller for a busy main dealer in High Wycombe.

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller or someone with Automotive Aftersales Advisory experience to maximise hours sold, drive revenue per transaction, and ensuring 100% adherence to the EVHC process.

The successful candidate will assist management to achieve the highest possible CSI scores, lead and support a team of skilled technicians and promote a positive and productive work environment, oversee the daily activities of the workshop including loading, job allocations, QC and productivity, control and monitor work in progress and manage parts orders, ensuring availability and timely ordering.

The Workshop Controller will also bring the following qualities and experience to the team:

  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Proficiency in workshop dealer management systems (preferably CDK, Keyloop, Kerridge)
