Workshop Manager - Buckinghamshire

Salary: Basic £60,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, No weekends

Our client is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join their already successful motor trade team working within a busy main car dealer. You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative.

Workshop Manager Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that health and safety standards are always adhered to.
  • To ensure work is issued and planned as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensure Workshop processes meet guidelines on both internal and warranty procedures.
  • In conjunction with the Aftersales Manager report KPI's as required for management review.
  • To use the performance KPI’s to adapt, plan and strategize for the best performance against budget.
  • To carry out monthly 121 meetings to manage team performance.
  • To manage workshop-based customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • To ensure all work is issued with correct service sheets and used car check lists.
