Are you a highly skilled technician looking to step up into a leadership role while still getting hands-on with the tools or are you an experienced workshop manager looking for a new challenge!?

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running a busy, well-organized workshop, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service.
- Leading a talented team of technicians and supporting their development.
- Getting stuck in with mechanical - your expertise will be valued!
- Maintaining high customer service standards and workshop efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced vehicle technician with a solid background in the trade.
- MOT license (preferred but not essential).
- EV experience/qualifications (advantageous).
- A natural leader with a hands-on approach and great problem-solving skills.
