Summary
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading provider of residential care services for older adults, including those living with dementia. Together we are seeking a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN ) for their residential care home, based in High Wycombe.

Job role  

  • Comply with clinical governance framework, including participation in the clinical audit programmes
  • To maintain skills and knowledge, ensuring care is delivered according to guidelines and best practice
  • Develop monitoring and reporting systems which promote the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality services
  • Ensure clear, accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used by staff
  • To stand in and manage the service in the absence of the Manager and provide leadership to staff members

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN or RGN )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 5 years of care home / residential / elderly / dementia / alzheimer's  experience
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
