At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Welfare Officer to work full-time in a primary school in High Wycombe.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 15:30, term time only

Duties can include:

  • Using the school’s internal system to record data

  • First point of contact for any first aid issues within the schools
  • Have responsibility for monitoring the attendance of most vulnerable students

The ideal applicant will have

  • Experience of working in a school

  • Valid first aid certificate

  • A real passion for working within an education environment
