They're looking for someone with a strong Microsoft background and front-end experience would be ideal. They are forward-thinking and working with modern technologies.Lead Developer Specification:

5+ years of .NET development experience using C#
Azure experience
Front-end skills are desirable (Vue/React/Angular)
