The Role

You will be kept busy supporting a Year 2 SEN pupil within the school environment. You will be intensively to offer support to the child to enable them to manage their emotions and engage with their classes. You will work on learning activities, promote confidence, and encourage the pupil to act independently to succeed.

You will be working with a Year 4 SEN student who has significant ASD. and as soon as the school get the student in they will be going to a specialist provision.

The student is currently on a reduced timetable 2.5 hours a day, but the school want that to increase when appointed an SEN Teaching Assistant. Until the student is in full time, the ideal candidate would be working with other students with additional needs.
