We work closely with families, schools, and local authorities to provide academic interventions, alternative provision, and SEND-focused support across the UK. Our tutors are carefully matched with students to ensure a nurturing and effective learning environment, with a strong emphasis on holistic, trauma-informed teaching practices.

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate tutor to provide 2:1 support in Primary Literacy and Numeracy Functional Skills for two pupils based in West Wycombe. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled educator with a trauma-informed approach and experience supporting children with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance).

Tutoring will take place on-site on Monday and Tuesday afternoons (3 hours per day), commencing 22nd April 2025, following the Easter holidays.

• Deliver engaging and individualised 2:1 tutoring sessions in Primary Literacy and Numeracy Functional Skills

• Create lesson plans tailored to the pupils' academic levels and emotional needs

• Implement trauma-informed strategies to build trust and encourage learning

• Support learners with PDA using flexible, pupil-led approaches

• Track progress and provide feedback to Education Boutique and relevant stakeholders

• Proven experience teaching or tutoring Primary Literacy and Numeracy Functional Skills

• Expertise in trauma-informed teaching methods

• Experience working with pupils with PDA profiles

• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

• Self-employed status and right to work in the UK
