An experienced SEN TA is required at an Ofsted 'Good' school in High Wycombe. This mainstream school has a large proportion of pupils who have additional learning needs. The school prides themselves on their inclusive practices and tailored curriculum. Staff are highly skilled and enjoy additional CPD such as Makaton training, colourful semantics and PECs training. They are looking for a determined and creative individual who is passionate about impacting the lives of young learners, with additional learning needs. The school has a supportive environment where everyone feels valued.

Requirements for the SEN TA role:

  • Previous experience working with special educational needs is essential.
  • Previous experience working with young learners is desirable.
  • Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm
  • Willing to take on training and development provided by the agency and school.
