Tradewind are excited to be supporting an inclusive and welcoming SEN school in High Wycombe, who are looking for an experienced and vibrant SEN teaching assistant to join their team.

*** SEN Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant

*** High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

***£95-£100 per day (depending on experience)

*** Immediate Start (Monday - Friday)

This school creates a caring and inclusive space where every child is valued, celebrated and supported. With creative teaching and an individualised curriculum, the school helps each student grow by focusing on their individual strengths. The curriculum is designed to be engaging and being relevant to the different ways children learn. A key focus is on building strong communication skills, so each pupil can live a life where they can make choices and contribute to society. The school is looking for a candidate who is nurturing, inclusive and is passionate about supporting each young learner. The school recognise that well-being and staff morale is important to building a warm and welcoming school environment, so initiatives are in place to support this.

Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant role:

  • Previous experience working with learners with learning disabilities.
  • SEN qualification (preferred)
  • Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm
  • Willing to take on training and development provided by the agency and school.
