Tradewind is collaborating with a unique SEN school in High Wycombe that is seeking a motivated and energetic SEN teaching assistant to become part of their team.

***Specialist Support Assistant*** High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire***£85-£105 per day (depending on experience)*** Immediate Start (Monday - Friday)

This school is dedicated to supporting students with complex health needs, profound learning difficulties, and multiple disabilities. It offers a personalised curriculum designed to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring they make meaningful progress and thrive. With a student-centered approach, the school fosters significant development in all learners. Strong links with the local community provide opportunities for work experience and travel training, equipping students with essential life skills and preparing them for the future.

Requirements for the Specialist Support Assistant role:

  • Previous experience working with learning with learning disabilities.
  • SEN qualification (preferred)
  • Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm
  • Willing to take on training and development provided by the agency and school.
