SEN Teacher Location: High Wycombe  Contract: Permanent, Full Time  Salary: £28,826-£46,773Hours: 8.00am-4.00pm OR 8.30am-4.30pmOur client has an exceptional independent special school who are focused on providing a safe learning environment that benefits all learners with the skills for their future.  As an SEN Teacher within their school, you will be providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes across Key Stage 3 to 5. You will be playing your part in helping the school achieve its aims and values. You will be delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students with support from the leadership team. This is an exciting time to join a leading and growing organisation as part of a friendly, professional and supportive team.   • Plan, teach, and assess a range of subjects and learning to support students’ progression
  • Work as part of the team to deliver lessons, support positive behaviour, and to make students feel safe so that they can learn and achieve
  • Follow whole school systems to teaching and learning. We will support you with a full induction, we are a very supportive team
  • Support with report writing, help to expand our curriculum documents as part of a team, data collection, and clearly communicate with all stakeholders
  • Create engaging and safe learning environments
