Internal Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to oversee operations across both Stokenchurch and Redditch offices. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead and manage the internal sales team, ensuring efficient sales administration and a seamless quotation process. Due to the dual-site responsibilities, you must have a full driving license and be comfortable traveling between locations.

The Role

You will manage the internal sales team, ensuring customer forecasts, orders, and quotes are processed efficiently. The role involves maintaining compliance with company sales procedures, proactively managing customer order books, and working closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to streamline operations.

Supporting the Sales Director with reporting and stock management, handling customer complaints, and overseeing CRM activity are key responsibilities. You will also lead the training and development of the internal sales team, improving their commercial and customer relationship skills.

What We're Looking For

We need a dynamic individual with proven team management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial. A background in a company that provides engineered products would be an advantage but not required. As the role involves overseeing two locations, a full driving license is necessary.

Office based. Hours: 38.5 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-3.30pm)
