Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator vacancy in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
We seek an experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrator who likes to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, for this delightful Service Centre in High Wycombe. They have a professional working environment, where each team member has opportunities to enhance their skills through training and Career development. The manager will also consider an experienced Technician with knowledge of Warranty wanting to come of the Tools, or an Service Advisor, who may want a change of role.
The Role
Working in an established Service Centre, with a focus on attention to detail, working as part of a team, including close communication with the Service Workshop to ensure a clear understanding of the Warranty procedures.
The successful candidate will already have experience of managing the warranty, process, making and processing Warranty Claims as a Warranty Administrator, or a Service Advisor with technical expertise and a basic understanding of Warranty.
Alternatively, as a Technical background of vehicle maintenance and repair would be advantageous for this role, they could also be a Technician with administrative and technical skills which they wish to utilise in a different role.
The successful applicant will join their colleagues in a positive working environment, where they are rewarded for their skills with opportunities to develop as a manufacturer trained Service Advisor.
The Salary
The basic salary is dependent upon the individual skillset, however, ranges from 30,000 to 35,000, with the additional opportunity to enhance your skills through ongoing training and development.
The Hours
Monday to Friday, with a flexible approach to the occasional Month-End Saturday, paid as overtime.
