Job Title: Field Water Treatment Service Engineer
Location: High Wycombe
A well established and market leading water treatment specialist has a key requirement for a Field water treatment service engineer due to growth. They will be based in the Buckinghamshire area, this is a field role and will require covering a national area, roughly 30,000 miles per year visiting client sites to carry out water treatment. As a company they are very fair and believe in balance, the hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00, if one day runs over, they will shorten the next to ensure a balance is kept. They also like to grow from within ensuring progression is available.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m

The successful Water Treatment Engineer will be tasked with the following

Water Treatment Engineers will be carrying out:

        • Physical water conditioners
        • Ultra violet disinfection systems
        • Chlorine dioxide dosing systems
        • Water softeners
        • Reverse Osmosis system
        • Filtration equipment
        • Chemical dosing systems
  • Water Treatment Engineers will provide technical assistance on company products to clients and staff.
  • Water Treatment Engineers will provide and maintain customer service/maintenance files, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Water Treatment Engineers will identify faulty equipment for returning to Supplier and maintaining records of same.
  • Water Treatment Engineers will lead on installation projects, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Water Treatment Engineers will carry out and review Risk Assessments (RAMS) and Method Statements for installation activities.
  • Water Treatment Engineers will be travelling to client sites, good time management is needed


To be successful as the Water treatment engineer you will need:

  • Successful water treatment engineers will have prior experience working in the utilities (water) industry
  • Successful water treatment engineers will need experience with L8 services delivery
  • Successful water treatment engineers will have Tank cleaning and chlorination experiences
  • Water treatment engineers with Osmosis specialist experience are advantageous
  • Water treatment engineers that have Commercial pipe fitting experience are advantageous
  • Water treatment engineers will need experience with Softener services
