Salary of the Telesales executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Used Car Telesales representative / Car Phone Sales Executive / Automotive Telesales / Car Sales Executive: 26,000 basic - OTE 42,000 (uncapped Commission so can be even higher - Top earners are on over 60K)
Hours of work for the Telesales executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Used Car Telesales representative / Car Phone Sales Executive / Automotive Telesales / Car Sales Executive: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis (5 day working week, 1 weekend and 1 Sunday off per month)

Description of the role for the Telesales Executive:
Are you a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills? Do you have a passion for the motor trade industry? If so, my client has an exciting opportunity for you! My client is currently seeking a TeleSales Representative / Telesales Executive / Vehicle Telesales Executive to join their Team based at a Hinckley call centre.
Responsibilities of the Telesales executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Used Car Telesales representative / Car Phone Sales Executive / Automotive Telesales / Car Sales Executive:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their queries are addressed.
- Assist customers in completing finance applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Take deposits from customers and manage financial transactions efficiently.
- Work towards the main goal of booking quality appointments at our 8 dealerships across the UK.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our range of vehicles and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
Requirements of the Telesales executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Used Car Telesales representative / Car Phone Sales Executive / Automotive Telesales / Car Sales Executive:
- 1-year minimum previous experience in a tele sales / telesales, preferably also motor trade experience but not essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data and financial transactions.
- A passion for the motor trade industry and enthusiasm for learning about our vehicles.
