The Financial Reporting Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing, developing, and executing financial reporting and forecasting within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Description

  • Oversee financial reporting and forecasting activities to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and refine financial models.
  • Proactively identify and report on financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
  • Provide leadership to finance team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Support the development of company-wide financial strategy and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Profile

A successful Financial Reporting Accountant should have:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
