We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 1 Tramping Driver for a general haulage position based in Highbridge, Bridgwater.This will involve This ongoing role will start on the week of 09/09/2024 with a daily start time of 08:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Class 1 driving duties for general haulage.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Conduct vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle checks.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) license with at least 1 year of experience.
- A clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks as required.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept IN/DD/DR/CD endorsements
