We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage every stage of the procurement and supply chain process in our Industrial/Manufacturing department.
This position is vital for the smooth-running of our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Description
The Supply chain Manager will be responsible for;
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain management to optimise operations.
- Develop and implement supply chain plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Advance S&OP process and suggest improvements
- Maintain compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Manage and minimise operational costs.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement in the supply chain process.
- Manage a Team including - Purchasing, Production planning and Sales planning.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar field.
- Ideally CIPS Qualified
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant supply chain software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Commutable daily to Highbridge Somerset
Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging between £54,000 and £66,000.
