Therefore they're looking for a graduate who is seeking an in depth training program with the promise of a stable career with progression opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering graduate passionate about Construction to join a well-established company where you will receive hands on training within a supportive, close knit team.

In this role you will be put on a full and thorough training program covering the fundamentals of steel fabrication including Sales, Estimating, Design and installation. You will spend time in each department improving you overall understanding so you have full versatility within the business. Eventually, you will become a fully trained Draughtsperson, producing drawings, and understanding designs.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious graduate looking to take the next step in your career where you will gain amble knowledge and skills whilst progressing you career and increasing your earnings.
