Clinical Lead
Christchurch / 50,000 / 40 hours on Days / Supernumerary time

Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join a high-performing team at our client's excellent nursing home in Christchurch. The home caters mainly for dementia, elderly care and mental health care across 62 beds. It boasts rave reviews on (url removed) with a score of 9.8! The CQC is rated Good and Outstanding!

The group is an innovative, family-run care company with a mission to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to all residents across their 30+ homes and services. They are an award-winning provider who have been ranked in the top 20 care providers nationally. We are looking for a strong Clinical Lead who can effectively lead a shift, inspire the team and maintain the high standards of care within the home.

* Delivering precise clinical care, including medication administration and detailed care planning

* Safeguarding the welfare of both residents and staff
* Effectively leading shifts to ensure optimal care delivery

Requirements for the Clinical lead include:
* A valid NMC Pin
* Experience working with Dementia
