I am recruiting for a Project Manager for a regional residential developer, based in the south coast.
Primarily based on site and reporting to the contracts manager you will determine staff requirements and lead and motivate the site team with responsibility for their technical training, personal development and assisting with work progress where necessary.
Requirments
- Previous experiance with a volume housebuilder
- A degree in construction or a related field.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects and fostering strong client relationships.
- Solid commercial awareness.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using construction databases (e.g., Sitestream).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage competing demands under pressure.
