Civils Estimator

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil estimating, demonstrating their ability to read and interpret blueprints, conduct detailed site assessments, and engage effectively with project teams and stakeholders. • Proven experience as a Civils Estimator within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with NEC contracts is highly desirable.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office applications.
