Polytec are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our client's innovative team.
Responsibilities
* Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies.
* Design and maintain automated deployment processes.
* Monitor, support and enhance infrastructure and application operations.
* Collaborate with software developers to automate and streamline operations.
* Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.
* Work with open-source technologies and cloud services.
* Implement and automate security controls, governance processes and compliance validation.
* Define and deploy monitoring, metrics and logging systems.
Required Experience
* Strong background in Linux and Linux Administration.
* Proficiency in shell scripting and Python.
* Experience with Docker and cloud services like AWS.
* Understanding of scalable networking technologies.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Terraform, Docker Swarm, AWS Lambda, ECS, EC2, ECR.
* Familiarity with GitLab and TeamCity.
