Position: Internal Salesperson
Location: Hinckley
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

We are recruiting for an Internal Salesperson to join a growing and dynamic department within the civils/construction sector. This role is pivotal to the department's success, focusing on managing incoming enquiries, preparing quotations, and proactively converting these into orders. Building strong relationships with customers, such as Builders Merchants and Contractors, is a key aspect of the role.

We're looking for a driven individual who thrives on achieving targets and is keen to develop their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet personal and department sales targets
* Provide basic technical advice and recommendations to customers
* Support sales and marketing strategy implementation
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Merchants, Contractors, Councils, Architects, and Engineers
* Deliver accurate three-monthly sales forecasts
* Maintain and update CRM systems
* Manage incoming and outgoing sales calls
* Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, increasing conversion rates

About You:
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Customer-focused, with experience in customer relations
* Organised and commercially aware
* IT proficient, with good computer skills
* Motivated to achieve targets and contribute to department growth
