Management Accountant | Hinckley | Permanent | Up to £50,000 per annum

Macildowie is working with a well-established business to recruit a Management Accountant to join their dynamic Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a QBE, Qualified, or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with strong commercial acumen and team management experience.

The Role:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Oversee financial controls, bank payments, FX variances, and stock control.
  • Manage VAT returns across UK and European operations.
  • Partner with the business to provide key financial insights for decision-making.
  • Lead a small team handling Sales and Purchase Ledgers, working closely with international teams.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to statutory accounts, audits, and forecasts.

What They're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with experience in multi-currency environments.
  • Ability to interpret financial data for senior management.
  • Experience with ERP systems and European finance operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
