• Managing the full accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment.
• Ensuring accuracy in invoice processing, coding, and approvals.
• Handling supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements.
• Preparing and executing payment runs in line with deadlines.
• Supporting month-end processes, including accruals and ledger reconciliations.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems; experience with SAP, ORACLE or SAGE is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
