Uncapped Commission - realistic OTE up to £45,000.

42.5-hour contract * 5 days out of 7

  • Mon-Fri 10am-7pm * Sat 10am-6pm * Sun 10am-4pm

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role within the busy Finance department, supporting the sales process while collaborating with specialist teams across the business.

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of identifying finance solutions for customers purchasing their next vehicle. A strong understanding of finance products and regulations would make an ideal candidate, particularly for those with prior Business Manager or Sales Manager experience who are eager to maximise their earning potential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of leads to ensure conversions, supporting the company's sales process in Finance & Insurance (F&I).
  • Liaise with a panel of lenders, building in-depth knowledge of their policies and systems.
  • Become the go-to expert for motor finance within the business.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both business partners and colleagues.
  • Maximise F&I opportunities and revenue for the business.

To be successful, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales professional with a background in motor finance.
  • Strong skills in managing customer enquiries.
  • The ability to identify and propose suitable finance solutions to customers and stakeholders.
  • A professional telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Proven ability to present value propositions effectively.

What we offer:

  • A £26,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
  • Permanent role from day one.
