- A global manufacturing business is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee a team responsible for equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs onsite.
- The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in a manufacturing environment and be educated to City & Guilds level 3, preferably in an electrical discipline.
- The position offers an hourly rate of £48,000 to £50,000 per annum, along with medical, pension, and life assurance benefits.
- Candidates must be flexible to work in a 2-shift pattern from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm and have experience leading a team.
- This role is suitable for individuals with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a multi-skilled engineering background with a bias towards electrical work.

Hourly rate: £48,000 p.a. - £50,000 p.a. CIRCA +Medical +Pension +Life assurance
Hours: 2 shift pattern 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will have the following duties:
-Attend breakdowns, identifying the fault and problem solving.
-Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.
-Assist with the moving, installation and repositioning of machines.
- Deal with any issues in facilities.
-Undertake special projects as required.
The Person
Educated to City & Guilds level 3 in electrical or equivalent you will have the following experience:
-Substantial experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
-Exeperience leading a team.
-Multi skilled Engineer (Bias to electrical)
-Practical hands-on approach to problem solving.
-Flexible to work on rotating shifts.
