What will you do? Make an impact!

Join our team - you will be able to manage the efficient and compliant transfer station activities with a view on continual improvement; meeting agreed process targets and financial controls. You will co-ordinate with peers to ensure that the most efficient processes for the business are adopted locally to support national strategy and objectives.

* To operate all activities in line with the company's ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification, BMS & IMS systems.* To co-operate and collaborate with the General Manager, Divisional Director and commercial leads within the division to ensure effective delivery at site.* To manage the delivery of the operations strategy across all activities at the site in the most efficient possible way and to the highest standards.* Support the General Manager in the preparation and explanation of accomplishment against budgets or forecasts in coordination with operational targets; recommending, implementing and monitoring actions to improve operational performance.* Deliver operational reports in line with business requirements.* Ensure the accuracy of and maintain efficient and effective record keeping and documentation.

Do you have what it takes?

* WAMITAB COTC, HNC or above in chemistry related subject, ADR, IOSH, NEBOSH, DGSA* Plant and/or process operations supervision / management.* Working knowledge and experience of SAP.* Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and process efficiencies.* Ability to represent operations with the business and the business with operations.* IT literate with all MS office packages* Business/Commercial acumen and ability to understand operational impact on the same.* Analytical skills to make sense of data and identify critical KPIs.* Ability to deliver objectives and tasks in a timely manner.
